Why an ark, and why here

Circle built Arc for banks. The validator list reads BlackRock, Visa, Mastercard, DTCC, ICE. Gas is paid in USDC so every transaction has a price tag in dollars. Every part of the chain says settlement, custody, compliance.

So the first thing to sail on it is a wooden boat full of frogs.

Noah's Arc is a meme and a small app that live on the gap between what this chain is for and who actually shows up on launch day. The institutions have their ark. This one takes everybody else.

KYC means Know Your Cope

Every gate on this chain wants to know who you are. Ours wants to know what you've lost.

Noah stands at the ramp with a clipboard and reads your wallet. Not your identity, your history. Liquidations. Tops bought. Rugs survived. Chains abandoned. A clean wallet is not a credential here, it's a red flag: it means you have never been in the water.

Proof of rekt, not proof of humanity.

The check is a joke, and it is also the whole product. Being told no by a boat is funnier than being let in, so rejections are written to be screenshotted.

Nobody boards alone

Two by two is not decoration, it's the rule. A boarding pass is only issued to a pair of wallets. You find someone else, you board as a species, or you both stay in the water.

That means growth is built into the mechanic instead of bolted on as a referral scheme. The manifest has no single passengers on it, and never will.

Boarding procedure

1. Present yourself

   Connect a wallet. Noah reads its recent history. Nothing is stored, nothing is sent anywhere, and no signature moves funds.

2. Plead your case

   Three questions, asked by Noah, answered by you. He is an agent, he is in character, and he is not always merciful. The transcript is yours to post.

3. Pair and board

   Find your other half and mint the pass together. It's soulbound, so it can't be flipped. Your species is assigned from what Noah found in your history, and you don't get to choose it.

What the token does

Nothing. $NOAH gives you no revenue, no governance, no claim on anything, and the boarding pass gives you no yield. It is a ticket to a joke you are choosing to be part of.

Saying that plainly is not a legal disclaimer hiding at the bottom of the page. On a chain built for institutional settlement, a token that openly admits it does nothing is the funniest possible passenger.
